There are dupe options and brand name options. Please view all pictures on this listing to see all options. Occasionally colors may be out of stock, if this happens I will reach out to you through etsy to try to find a replacement color, if we cannot find a new color I will refund the order for you .
Please be mindful, If you order a brand name tumbler, the brand name logo on the cup will cover part of the design. I try to move things around so It doesn't cover much but sometimes its impossible to have it not run into something.
There are no returns on my products as it can be a safety concern if I accept returns and then sell them to others. These are personalized items and all sales are final. If you have an issue with your tumbler please reach out and we will figure it out :)
These designs are laser engraved into the tumbler, making them permanent! I recommend hand washing but they can be placed in the dishwasher on the top rack.

I promise y’all I’m working super hard to get all these late orders out. Each tumbler takes about an hour on the laser not including cleaning, reassembling, packaging & label printing! It’s super important to me I don’t jeopardize the quality of my items just to increase the quantity.

I just want to keep you all up to date since and this VIP group feels like the easiest way.
I unfortunately have been suffering with some health issues this past week and have been unable to work as normal. I’ve been in the ER twice and just not feeling the best.
As most of you know, I battle chronic Lyme disease and we are thinking that this is some sort of flare related to that.
I am so thankful to have the best customers who are always so patient, kind, & understanding & I am so blessed for that 🙏🏼
I have been very overwhelmed with orders, in the best way possible! with multiple days averaging 30+ orders a day I had to shut part of my website down and limit my Etsy stock. My current laser can only run 10-12 cups a day on average(assuming these are fully wrapped tumblers) and so you can imagine the backup that happened when I had 30+ order days! 🫣
I did order another laser & it is here! We are dialing in the settings and working as fast as possible to get it fully up and going perfectly. I will be able to run 20+ orders now which will help with the Christmas rush.
I never want to disappoint my customers and on my good days I work from 9am to 1am🤪 I love what I do and I’m so thankful for every single customer and every single order. While I focus on resting and recovering I will still be working but at a slower pace, so please be patient with me! I know I am behind on orders but we’re gonna get caught up here asap and have plans in place to hopefully prevent this moving forward 🫶
